We ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for other locations within India.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping will be available soon. Contact us via WhatsApp for special international orders.
Is shipping free?
Yes! We offer complimentary shipping on all orders within India.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Items must be in the same condition as received.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number. We'll arrange a pickup from your location at no additional cost.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Can I exchange my bag?
Yes, exchanges are available for a different size or style. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Are your bags handmade?
Yes, every AVACHI™ bag is crafted by skilled artisans using traditional handloom techniques. Each piece is unique.
What materials do you use?
We use premium natural fabrics including cotton, jute, and bamboo-cotton blends. All materials are sustainably sourced from artisan weavers across India.
How do I care for my bag?
Store in the provided dust bag when not in use. Spot clean with a damp cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and moisture. See our Care Guide for detailed instructions.
Do bags come with a warranty?
Yes, all AVACHI™ bags come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers stitching, hardware, and structural issues.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets through our secure Razorpay payment gateway.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through Razorpay's secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never store your card details.
Can I pay via Cash on Delivery?
Currently, we do not offer COD. This helps us maintain competitive pricing and free shipping.
