Every AVACHI product is backed by our commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
Assurance
2-year coverage against manufacturing defects — stitching, zippers, and hardware. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and exposure to extreme conditions are excluded.
Year 1 — Complimentary
Every AVACHI product comes with a complimentary 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use.
Included with every purchase
Year 2 — Paid Extension
Extend your coverage for a second year. Contact us before your Year 1 warranty expires to purchase the extension.
As a goodwill gesture, if repair costs are less than the extension fee, we refund the difference.
What's Covered
- Defects in materials or weaving
- Hardware failures (zippers, clasps, buckles)
- Stitching coming undone under normal use
- Colour fading under normal use conditions
What's Not Covered
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or negligence
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Unauthorised alterations or repairs
- Water, chemical, or heat damage
Care Instructions
Proper care extends the life and beauty of your AVACHI product.
Wash
Hand wash cold with mild detergent. Do not bleach or machine wash.
Dry
Air dry only. Lay flat or hang in a shaded area — avoid direct sunlight or tumble drying.
Iron
Iron with medium heat on the cotton setting. Use a pressing cloth for delicate weaves.
